Message from President Udo Pelkowski
Our Club was formed and duly inducted during the Term of PDG Pablo “ Pabs “ Quianzon. Shortly after our Induction, a new Rotary Year under the Leadership of DG Roberto “ Bert “ Dormendo took place.
The Rotary International Theme “ CELEBRATE ROTARY “ became the Engine for our Club throughout the entire Rotary Year. One Roller Coaster Ride followed the next one and we were riding a Merry Go Round when we reached the End of the Rotary Year. A Firework of Success did crown the End.
Out of nothing, our young and energetic Club was catapulted to one of the Top Clubs within our Rotary District 3860. What a Start for the First Year. – Archived, because the Members of our young Club didn’t talk about Stars, but were reaching out to get them.
One Year Celebrating Rotary did form a new Family. A FAMILY OF ROTARY as it was considered by most Members of the Rotary Club of Central Mactan. My thanks and salute to all Members who did join the Rotary Club of Central Mactan during the First Year which made this possible.
