Project Sponsorship Information
Our sponsorship options are flexible providing opportunities for everyone from major corporations to individuals to support our projects.
Projects are divided into major projects where the cost of the projects is 100,000 pesos or above and small project for anything under 100,000 pesos.
You have the option of exclusively sponsoring any of our projects by agreeing to meet the total cost of the project as per costing provided. There is a minimum contribution of 25,000 pesos to be an exclusive sponsor.
You can also spread your sponsorship over multiple projects, both major and small.
We have a list of projects that we have researched and done cost estimates for but these are only the tip of the iceberg. If you can not see they type of project you are interested in sponsoring then please contact us as the project you want to support may already be in the pipeline.
All sponsors receive the following:
- Recognition in all print ads, brochures, posters and other printed information materials
- Inclusion on permanent sign board erected at the site of the project where appropriate.
- Inclusion in the Souvenir program
- Invitation to all press and photo opportunity for the project including launch & implementation
- Framed letter of appreciation & token of appreciation
- Inclusion on our Website
The size and type of exposure in the above mediums is dependent on your sponsorship selection.

Sponsorship Options
MAJOR PROJECTS - 100,000 Pesos and above
EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP - MAJOR PROJECT
(minimum contribution of 100,000 Pesos - over $2000 USD)
The exclusive Sponsorship of One (1) of our major Rotary projects of your choosing. You will be the exclusive sponsor meeting the total cost of the project.
As the exclusive sponsor you will receive:
- Logo and company name in all print ads, brochures, posters and other printed information materials
- Logo and company name on permanent sign board erected at the site of the project
- Full page advertisement or advertisement ad in the Souvenir programs
- Invitation to all press and photo opportunity for the project including launch & implementation
- Framed letter of appreciation & token of appreciation
- Website Feature - your Logo and details are featured on the Project page and other relevant pages
SHARED SPONSORSHIP - MAJOR PROJECT
(minimum contribution of 25,000 Pesos - over $500 USD)
The shared sponsorship of one (1) of our major Rotary projects of your choosing. You will be one of four sponsors equally sharing the cost of the Project
As a shared sponsor you will receive:
- Logo and company name in all print ads, brochures, posters and other printed information materials
- Logo and company name on any permanent sign board erected at the site of the project
- 1/4 page advertisement or advertisement ad in the Souvenir programs
- Invitation to all press and photo opportunity for the project including launch & implementation
- Framed letter of appreciation & token of appreciation
- Website Feature - your Logo and details are featured on the Project page and other relevant pages.
SMALL PROJECTS - Less than 100,000 Pesos
EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP - SMALL PROJECT
(minimum contribution 25,000 Pesos -over $500 USD)
The exclusive Sponsorship of One (1) of our small Rotary projects of your choosing. You will be the exclusive sponsor meeting the total cost of the project.
As the exclusive sponsor you will receive:
- Logo and company name in all print ads, brochures, posters and other printed information materials
- Logo and company name on any permanent sign board erected at the site of the project
- 1/4 page advertisement or advertisement ad in the Souvenir programs
- Invitation to all press and photo opportunity for the project including launch & implementation
- Framed letter of appreciation & token of appreciation
- Website Feature - your Logo and details are featured on the Project page and other relevant pages.
SHARED SPONSORSHIP – SMALL PROJECT
(minimum contribution of 5,000 Pesos -over $100 USD)
The shared sponsorship of one (1) of our Rotary small projects of your choosing. You will be one of multiple sponsors each contributing a minimum of 5,000 Pesos
As a shared sponsor you will receive:
- Listing in all print ads, brochures, posters and other printed information materials
- Listing on any permanent sign board erected at the site of the project
- Listing in the Souvenir program
- Invitation to all press and photo opportunity for the project including launch & implementation
- Framed letter of appreciation & token of appreciation
- Website Feature - your listing on the Project page and other relevant pages.
